We accept payment via bank transfer and credit card. If you choose to pay via bank transfer, please make sure to include your invoice number in the transfer description. If you choose to pay via credit card, please make sure that your card information is accurate and up-to-date.
Service payments for SOfCO ("SOfCO") are required to be paid in advance from the day of receiving the invoice and before the commencement of the service, unless otherwise stipulated in a separate contractual agreement between the Company and the client. The client acknowledges that timely payment is essential to ensure the uninterrupted provision of services by the Company. In the event that a separate contractual agreement exists between the Company and the client, any conflicting payment terms outlined in the contract shall supersede the general payment terms mentioned herein. Failure to make payment in accordance with the specified terms may result in the suspension or termination of services by the Company, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to the Company under applicable law or the terms of the contract.
